The only way to prepare for CrossFit is to do CrossFit. CrossFit combines the best of all worlds. Our athletes do gymnastics, power lifting, running, rope climbs, jump rope, Olympic lifting, and plyometrics in the daily workout. Members receive expert nutrition, strength and conditioning coaching. We also teach you mobilization techniques and how to properly recover between efforts.
Our coaches are passionate and strive to help our athletes achieve their goals as quickly as possible and to become better athletes than they ever imagined. The path to success can be challenging, which is why we strive to give each athlete the tools they need to get the job done in either the Foundations Program or our Elements Program.

Are you ready to try CrossFit? Then our Foundations program is for you. You’ll begin the program with 4 days of Foundations classes where you’ll learn the basic CrossFit movements in a small group setting. The emphasis of Foundations classes will be on proper technique and developing range of motion to prepare you for regular classes. Our goal is to get you up to speed for regular classes as safely and quickly as possible. Upon completion of the Foundation series, you’ll be ready to enter regular classes.

Our Elements program is a series of 6 one-on-one sessions, covering the basics of CrossFit. You will work with your designated coach to evaluate your weaknesses and strengths and build an individual program to increase your fitness and mobility. The Elements program is for you if: you are severely de- conditioned, have an injury or special needs, prefer one-on-one training to small group training, or you cannot make the Foundation classes.
