Congratulations, Alex Lange, RMC April Athlete of the Month! Since his first WOD at RMC, "boy Alex" has striven for improvement. First he took on the kipping pull up, then the bar muscle up, and now is the master of the ring muscle up. He comes in to do extra squat work and stays late to cheer on the next class. New class on the schedule!
We are now offering a Strength/Olympic lifting class. The class is 3 days per week and has a constantly rotating schedule to ensure every athlete at RMC has the opportunity to practice power and Olympic lifts and get STRONG!
Saturday Time Change and Team WOD. Don't worry - "open gym" isn't being replaced. Saturday hours now include a team WOD from 9:30-10:30 and open gym from 10:30-11:30.
